In-Person Worship Resumes February 21
Our council decided that we can once again resume in-person worship. We will practice physical distancing and require masks, but if being in the sanctuary is something you desire, you are welcome to join us each Sunday at 8:30am. No pre-registration required. We can accommodate around 50 people at this time, with overflow in the fellowship hall as needed. Email Pastor Nate (firstname.lastname@example.org) with any questions.
Screeners and Ushers Needed
In order to offer in-person worship, we need volunteers. If you are willing to serve as a Sunday screener or usher, email Pastor Nate (email@example.com).
Facebook Campus is Launched
We’ve launched a new community via Facebook. And we’d love to have you join us. This will be a safe space to discuss matters of faith with one another. We have several groups launched already. Go to our Facebook page (https://www.facebook.com/immanuelwadena) and click on the groups tab. Simply request to join the groups that interest you. And start forming community. This isn’t meant to replace in-person gatherings. But at a time when we can’t always safely meet in person, our Facebook community will provide another way to connect.
Community Dinner @ St. Ann’s February 25
Immanuel is hosting this month’s dinner and we’d love your help. If you can serve February 25 from 4-6:30, talk to Peggy Larson. Or if you can help prepare the meal in the morning on February 24 and/or 25, talk to Peggy, too.
Frozen Meal Distribution March 4, 1-2pm
Catholic Charities is giving away free meals on March 4 at Immanuel’s parking lot in conjunction with the NAPS program. You don’t have to be part of NAPS to qualify. Anyone over 60 can get up to 30 meals. There is just a simple, one-time form to complete. Spread the word!
Fair Trade Coffee is Available
Selling coffee on Sunday mornings isn't a great idea right now, but your favorite fair trade items are still available during the week. We've set up a display in the kitchen with prices marked. Stop by the church building during the week and pick up anything you'd like. Fair trade coffee, tea, and chocolate make great Christmas gifts too! Make checks payable to Immanuel Church Women" and put "Fair Trade" in the memo line. You can drop off checks in the church office. Thanks for helping support small scale farmers around the globe!
Did you know that we still publish a bulletin each week, including prayer concerns? You can find bulletins with readings and prayer concerns at: www.wadenaimmanuel.org/bulletin
Thank You for Your Continued Generosity
We are so overwhelmed at the generosity of all of you at this critical time for our ministry. Your financial gifts are ensuring that ministry continues at Immanuel even during this pandemic. Gifts can be dropped off at the church, mailed to PO Box 69. Or visit www.wadenaimmanuel.org/giving-1 to explore e-giving.
As our life gradually begins to open up, wearing a mask while out in public is a great way to serve your neighbor. Pam Nelson has put some masks she’s sewn up at church in both adult and youth sizes. Stop by the church (the building is open 8:30am-7pm) and pick up what you need. Thanks, Pam!
Join our ILC Wadena Remind Group

Need a Hymnal?
If you would like to check out a hymnal or other worship materials to help you better engage with the radio broadcast, stop by the church and sign stuff out. There’s a table right outside the sanctuary. If you need these items delivered to you, call the church office (631-2738)
